Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev held a meeting on April 15 with PACE President Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu.

The Azeri leader expressed hope that the PACE President’s visit will contribute to the Azerbaijan-PACE cooperation.

Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu thanked President Aliyev for Azerbaijan’s support for his election as PACE President. He stressed PACE’s successful cooperation with the Azerbaijani delegation for many years.

The sides exchanged views on the present state of and prospects for the Azerbaijan-PACE cooperation.
