OSCE monitoring on Armenian-Azerbaijani Armed forces contact line scheduled for April 27 was not held due to bad weather.
According to Personal Representative of the Chairman-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk mandate, on April 27 the regular monitoring of contact line in Tavush marz (Armenia) and Kazakh region (Azerbaijan) was planned.
