Azerbaijani Ministry of Emergency Situations declared of severe situation caused by abundant rainfalls as well as floods of Kura and Araz rivers in some cities and regions of the country.

Over 800 ministry officers, 186 units of techniques, 57 motor pumps, 63 water pumps, as well as related forces of local governmental bodies are involved in the cleanup operations, reads ministry’s statement.
