“Robert Kocharyan is a person who crippled Armenia,” Former Deputy Defense Minister Vahan Shirkhanyan told journalists on Friday. He considers that Kocharyan’s name should be erased from the list of the presidents, as harm inflicted by him cannot be remedied.
“We should bury his actions, as have no alternative,” he said.
