Ara Badalyan is appointed to the position of CSTO Secretary General on behalf of Armenia under the Armenian Government’s decision. Under CSTO Charter and under CSTO Council decision as of September 5, 2008, the post of CSTO Deputy Secretary General was bestowed to Armenia.
