On June 25, RA Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan received a delegation headed by Kuwaiti Finance Minister Mustafa al-Jassim al-Shamali.

The sides discussed the prospects of implementing mutually beneficial investment programs, as well as exchanged views on creating favorable conditions for expanding business ties, particularly in the mining and tourist industries and air communication.

After the meeting, RA Finance Minister Tigran Davtyan and Mustafa al-Jassim signed an agreement on promotion and protection of investments between the RA Government and State of Kuwait. The document is supposed to facilitate the development of business initiatives and bilateral economic cooperation.

Mustafa al-Jassim conveyed the Kuwaiti Premier’s greetings to Tigran Sargsyan. In his turn, the RA Premier conveyed his greetings and invitation to visit Armenia to his Kuwaiti counterpart.
