World Chess Federation (FIDE) published the July 2010 Rating list of top players. Armenian Grandmaster Levon Aronian ranks fifth (2783 points).

5.Levon Aronian (Armenia)-2783
Armenian GMs Vladimir Hakobyan and Gabriel Sargsyan rank 44th and 61st in the list respectively.
