YEREVAN. - The Armenian-Turkish relations recorded no positive progress due to the destructive position of Turkey.

The aforementioned is stated in the 2015 Annual Report, which the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of Armenia issued Tuesday.

According to the report, during the year the international community continued to contribute to the principled stance of the Armenian side to normalize the Armenian-Turkish relations without preconditions. “The Turkish President didn’t respond to another expression of good will on behalf of the Armenian side, when back in August 2014 the letter of the Armenian President to visit Yerevan on 24 April 2015 and pay tribute to the memory of the Armenian Genocide victims was handed to the head of the Turkish state.

On February 16, President Sargsyan recalled from the Armenian Parliament the Armenian-Turkish protocols signed in 2009,” the report reads.
