NKR President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on September 16.  According to the decree, head of the first registration and examination desk of the Traffic Police under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Armenia, colonel Arthur Margaryan was awarded with “For Service in Battle” medal for brave actions contributing to successful performance in combat missions and courage shown in defending inviolability of the state border, NKR Presidential press service informed NEWS.am.

September 17, Bako Sahakyan signed a law on the amendments to the “Law of 2010 Artsakh Republic State Budget.”
