Former Armenian President Robert Kocharyan will spend Independence Day abroad.
At the moment Robert Kocharyan is in Moscow and will return to Yerevan tonight, Kocharyan’s Press Secretary Viktor Soghomonyan told NEWS.am.
"Kocharyan will celebrate Independence Day with his family members," Soghomonyan said.
