On October 4, Armenian Parliament will appoint a Vice Speaker of the National Assembly.

According to the regulations of the Armenian National Assembly, Vice Speaker Arevik Petrosyan, appointed to the post by the quota of the Prosperous Armenian (PAP) parliamentary faction should officially announce her resignation. Samvel Balasanyan is to be nominated to the post.
