The intelligence report issued in Turkey says that the major part of weapons of Kurdistan Worker’s Party rebels is supplied by Russia. In the next few days Ankara is likely to pressurize Kremlin demanding to terminate military and financial assistance to PKK, Today’s Zaman reported.
The major part of information on PKK weapons was provided by the U.S. special services. According to it, 70% of Kalashnikov rifles and at least 85% of anti-tank mines are supplied by Russia.
