The majority of Azerbaijani schools are in the state of failure and in need of repair. It was revealed as a result of monitoring aimed to check the readiness of schools for the school year, Trend News reports.
Azerbaijani Ombudsman Elmira Suleymanova appealed to the Minister of Education Misir Mardanov and presented the list of schools unfit to study in. The Ombudsman also made a request for the schools’ repair and urgent reconstruction.
