The bear which attacked and killed Imam Ozir Bakir in Turkish Province of Erzurum, still keeps the local residents panic-stricken.
Governor of Erzurum Sebahatin Ozturk came up with an interesting initiative to punish the bear as a human.
“The best way to punish the killer is to take the bear to the bears’ dwelling under Uludagh University to suffer its sentence,” he said.
