On October 11, NKR President Bako Sahakyan visited the construction site of the “Artsakh” residential district built in capital Stepanakert and inspected the construction works.
The President noted that it is necessary to accelerate the construction process and complete it next year.
Premier Ara Harutunyan and other officials accompanied Bako Sahakyan.
