On October 17, NKR President Bako Sahakyan visited the village of Vank in the Martakert region and participated in opening ceremonies of buildings of village administration, kindergarten and market, built by financial assistance of benefactor Levon Hayrapetyan.

NKR President highly appreciated the benefactor’s contribution to the development of Artsakh noting that putting the kindergarten into operation completed the introduction of a contemporary educational network in Vank and neighboring settlements. According to him, it would create a reliable basis for further development of the sphere.

NKR Premier Ara Haroutyunyan, members of the Cabinet, other officials and guests from abroad attended the ceremony, NKR Presidential press service informed NEWS.am.
