On September 2, 2009 at 5 a.m. a terrorist act near the Road Patrol Service post occurred in Kirovskiy region, Dagestan. Referring to the law enforcement source in Dagestan, the unknown attempting to examine his “Jiguli” car activated home-made explosive device of 40 kg trotyl.
One local was killed, six officials of Foreign Affairs Ministry of Dagestan and three workers of medical center were injured as a result.
