Turkey should play a third, not the second fiddle in Karabakh peace process Karabakh peace process. Firstly, Armenia-Turkey border should be opened without preconditions, then the Karabakh conflict be resolved within Minsk Group format, Deputy Chairperson of “Strong Turkey” Party (GTP) Baybars Orsek told the reporters on Friday.
According to him, Turkey and Azerbaijan have religious and lingual similarities. However, Turkey should assist both Armenia and Azerbaijan to reach a conflict settlement. According to him, the opening of Armenia-Turkey border could contribute to the conflict settlement.
