By September 2010, the international reserves of the Central Bank of Armenia (CBA) has totaled U.S. $1.8 billion, with U.S. $1.3 billion being in terms of bonds, and U.S. $472 in terms of cash and deposits. According to the information at NEWS.am’s disposal, the bonds were issued by the Governments of developed countries. The CBA, however, does not name the issuers.
