Talking to the Zhamanak newspaper, leader of Strong Turkey Party Tuna Beklevic told the details of his visit to Armenia.
“On October 29, at about 1:00 p.m. we returned to the Armenian hotel to plan our future actions and get ready for planned interviews with different TV channels. Suddenly 5-6 people appeared in the hall introducing themselves as officers of National Security Service of Armenia and asked to follow them. They were very kind to us. We also had an interpreter. Then we were welcomed by the head of National Security Service who asked several questions regarding our statement on crossing of the Armenian-Turkish border on October 10. We stayed in the room for some time and then were “asked” to immediately leave Armenia’s territory. They followed us till we crossed the border. The issue of border crossing is closed for us and we are not going to raise it again,” Beklevic told the newspaper.
