November 5, RA Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan participated in the opening ceremony of a kindergarten in the village of Dzoraghbyur, Kotayk region.

The construction got under way in 2008. Designed for 60 children, the kindergarten is expected to accept 70 to 80 children. The construction cost a total of 113,000,000 AMD (U.S. $315,000). The funds were allocated from the community budgets. The RA Government provided 20 million AMD (U.S. $55,000) as subventions.

The Armenian Premier also visited Garni and attended the opening ceremony of the Yetnaghbyur-Garni gravity-flow water conduit. The Premier told journalists that serious work is expected to be carried out in the Armenian irrigation system.
