Artur Ayvazyan, called Malakh, has been accused of attacking Way Out block’s members, informs NEWS.am. On March 31, 2017 at 11: 15 am, the police received a call from Nikol Pashinyan, that there took place an armed attack on the member of Way Out block at the intersection of Andranik and Svachyan streets of Yerevan.

Based on the materials of Malatia Police Division a criminal case was initiated on April 1, 2017, in accordance with the paragraph 2 of Article 258 of the RA Criminal Code. Malatia-Sebastia Criminal Investigation Division received the case on the same day.

Based on the preliminary investigation data, Ayvazyan was charged on April 3, in accordance of Article 258, Paragraph 2, and Article 235 part 1 of the Criminal Code. The investigator had motioned to apply arrest as a restrictive measure in regard to the defendant. The investigation of the criminal case continues.
