YEREVAN. – Armenia’s capital city Yerevan hosts the conference of International Consulting Alliance (ICA). One of the goals of the alliance is providing quality consultancy services in emerging economies.

The conference brought together more than 50 consultants from nearly 30 countries. The opening was attended by Armenian Minister of International Economic Integration and Reforms Vache Gabrielyan.

Talking to reporters, ICA- founder, managing director of Belgian IBF consulting company Frederic Andre said this is the fourth conference of the alliance. The local partner of the alliance is Ameria ​​Management Advisory.

One of the major goals is to provide quality consulting in emerging economies. This will not only help the local economy, but also help participate in tenders invited by international financial organizations.

“We have already implemented a number of projects together with America and intend to continue our work,” he said.

According to the director at Ameria  ​​Management Advisory Tigran Jrbashyan, the company has been an ICA board member since 2013 and has participated in several international projects, including the World Bank tenders.

“It is very important to have a reliable history of work, good human resource base and new technologies for the participation in international competitions. We have developed the last two components thanks to ICA. Their database contains thousands of experts and we can invite them, if necessary,” he said.  “There are a few experts in Armenia having international education and accreditation, therefore, there is room for development. Thanks to our experts, we can participate in tenders of the Asian Development Bank, World Bank and other organizations.  America ​​is the only company in Armenia which has EU accreditation and can participate in international tenders invited by EU. We are ready to share our experience with our partners.”
