Armenia ranks 98 (out of 139 states) on protection of property rights, says the Global Competitiveness Report issued by World Economic Forum.

Kazakhstan is 112, Ukraine - 135, Russia - 128, Tajikistan - 97, U.S. - 40, Turkey - 83, Azerbaijan - 90, Venezuela - 139, Kyrgyzstan - 121, Kazakhstan - 72, Tajikistan - 116.

Property rights are mostly protected in Switzerland, Finland, Singapore, Hong Kong, Sweden and Luxemburg.

Public opinion poll was conducted among 11,000 businessmen and research institutes in 139 world states.
