YEREVAN. – Investors should be allowed to pay cadastral value of the land by installments, Armenian  Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan said at session of the  National Assembly on Thursday.

 In this regard, he instructed the chairman of the Armenian Chamber of Commerce, Martin Sargsyan, as well as the heads of other ministries to develop regulations, according to which business will be allowed installments.

The cadastral cost of the real estate in Armenia is already several times lower than market value. The issue was discussed when drafting the Tax Code, but has not been resolved yet.
