YEREVAN. – Armenia’s ambassador to UK, Armen Sarkissian, paid a visit to Scotland.

During his talk with Alasdair Allan, Scottish Government Minister for International Development and Europe, who is also responsible for Scottish diaspora affairs, they reflected on the prospects for the promotion of Armenian-Scottish cooperation and business ties in several domains, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia informed Armenian News-NEWS.am. Also, ambassador Sarkissian presented the respective potential of Armenia.

At his meeting with Scottish Parliament Presiding Officer Ken Macintosh, the Armenian ambassador informed about Armenia’s commitment to develop mutually beneficial cooperation with Scotland, in all possible domains. 

And during his talk with Frank Ross, the newly appointed Lord Provost of Edinburgh, they discussed the avenues for the development of Yerevan-Edinburgh relations within respective international platforms.
