YEREVAN. - Azerbaijan has been conducting a torpedo policy of negotiations for years, this having intensified in the recent two years.

Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly (NA) of Armenia, Eduard Sharmazanov, told the aforementioned to Armenian News – NEWS.am after the Executive Body meeting of the ruling Republican Party of Armenia on Thursday.

“It is certain that there is one, mildly speaking, destructive side in the Karabakh-Azerbaijani conflict, that being Azerbaijan. The already targeted assessments of the international community should be followed by specific sanctions. Azerbaijan threatens the regional security,” he said.

Referring to the upcoming visit of the OSCE Minsk Group, Sharmazanov said that this is their subsequent visit. “There is nothing new. Our stance has not changed,”he stressed.
