Russian President Dmitry Medvedev and President of the European Commission José Manuel Barroso discussed the Nagorno-Karabakh problem at the Russia-EU Summit in Brussels, the Russia-24 channel reported.
“We have discussed the Nagorno-Karabakh problem and regional security problems,” President Medvedev told a news conference held jointly with José Manuel Barroso.
