Yerevan Acting Mayor Taron Margaryan is not the only candidate from Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) for the mayor’s post. According to the information at  Haraparak daily’s disposal, the authorities are also considering  RPA board member, former Armenian Deputy Health Minister Derenik Dumanyan’s candidacy. Taron Margaryan is considered to be too young for the post.

On December 9, during a gathering at Harsnakar restaurant complex (it belongs to RPA member Ruben Hayrapetyan), nomination of Taron Margaryan’s candidacy was discussed, the daily reads.
