PreferredDuring the next few months the European Union (EU) may decide to start negotiations for simplifying visa requirements with Azerbaijan, Azeri Deputy FM Mahmud Mamedkuyev told journalists December 10.
He is to represent Azerbaijan at a ministerial meeting of the Eastern Partnership member-countries to be held in Brussels on Dec. 13, Trend reports.
Catherine Margaret Ashton, EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, is to chair the meeting.
An Armenia delegation is to take part in the meeting.
