Upon the instruction of State Cadastre Committee at the NKR Government, Geodesy and Cartography Centre of the State Cadastre Committee at the RA Government in 2007-09 developed and issued the NKR Atlas (in Armenian and Russian) by “Tigran Mets” publishing house of Yerevan, Armenian Diaspora “Yerevan” daily in Russia informs.

The Atlas comprises nearly 70 maps of medium and large scale, texts and charts with detail information on geographical location, geographical description and recourses, population, economy and culture. It also contains geopolitical and military-political events, crucial historical changes for Artsakhi Armenians.

The Doctor of Technical Science Manuk Vardanyan is Editor-in-Chief and Chair of the Head of Editorial staff. Overall 1.500 copies of the atlas were released.
