Whatever happens currently in the North Caucasus is directed to the erosion of internal political conception, Shushan Khatlamadjyan, Project Coordinator of the Civil Society Institute and Regional Development told NEWS.am. The expert underlined that everything is directed on the undermining of the political limits established by Putin and Medvedev.

The situation will neither run to war, nor impact South Caucasus as the matter is different in here. According to her, North and South Caucasus had always excelled, just as the viewpoints of their internal and external actors.

Recently, the information about explosions, exchange of fire and attacks in the North Caucasus is received daily. On September 16, 2009 a female suicide bomber activated an explosive device in Grozny, Chechnya.

Earlier the unknown brought down fire on Road Patrol Service in Derbent, Dagestan. Two citizens were wounded and taken to the hospital from the scene.
