Three people died and one got badly injured the head in Azeri-perpetrated massacre in Tyumen province of Russia. Severe skirmish took place when a businessman debtor refused to pay his debt, Life.ru informs.
Law enforcing bodies detained one of the attackers. Criminal case on the charge of murder was instituted. Inquiries are pending. A shop assistant has been hospitalized as witnessing the massacre she got a heart attack.
