YEREVAN. – President of Armenia Armen Sarkissian has sent a congratulatory message to Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko on his 65th birth anniversary. Public relations department of the Office of the President of Armenia informed this to Armenian News-NEWS.am.
“I am convinced that our arrangements to expand mutually beneficial cooperation in specific areas will be implemented through joint efforts,” the message reads, in part.
