The number of victims caused by Ketsana hurricane in the North of the Philippines reached 140, having 32 missing, BBC informs, referring to the reports of local authorities.

According to the National Disaster Coordinating Council, more than 450 000 people are displaced. The rescuers do not rule out the possibility that the number of victims will increase up to 200.
