September 30, 2009 the autumn first session in the Azerbaijani Parliament opened with a big scandal. Musavat oppositional party representative Panakh Huseyn was not allowed to deliver a speech, Azerbaijani Yeni Musavat newspaper reads.

Oppositional MP blamed Milli Mejlis leadership for fearing of the truth. “You, Mr. Speaker are afraid of the truth that Musavat faction can tell. This is precisely why you do not let us speak out,” Huseyn told the Speaker Ogtay Asadov when the latter stated the time for the current issues’ discussion was up.

In response, Asadov named his inference ungrounded and fenced immediately: “You are not a three-head dragon to be frightened.”
