YEREVAN. The owners of Lusakert poultry factory are currently holding talks on sale of shares with Getamej poultry factory, included in “Dvin” group concern.

President of Max Group Concern, MP from ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) Khachik Manukyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am that the deal will be concluded in a month. He declined to provide details of the deal, stressing only that “Max” Group will possess the control stock of Lusakert poultry factory.

According to Manukyan, the decision on sale of shares is not conditioned by claim of Armenian State Commission for Protection of Economic Competition against the factory. “No decision of the Commission for Protection of Economic Competition may affect our steps. This decision was made in terms of economic expediency,” the MP stressed.
