Presidents of Kazakhstan, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan will not attend CIS Summit 2009 in Chisinau, October 9.
“Kazakhstan and Tajikistan will be represented by Prime Ministers and Turkmenistan-by Deputy Prime Minister,” Chief of State Protocol of the Moldavian Foreign Ministry Alexey Krakan stated.
