Internationalization of Genocide issue is in Armenia’s interests, RA National Security Council Secretary Artur Baghdasaryan stated at the October 8 press conference.

According to him, Armenia remained committed to this policy for decades resulting in 22 states and international organizations recognizing the fact of Genocide. Baghdasaryan is confident that Armenian-Turkish historians’ sub-commission will further the intensification of internationalization process. He considers that sub-commission will be also involved in the elimination of the Genocide’s legal implications. The politician underlined that currently Armenian residents in Turkey have property issues. “We should not struggle with problems, but tackle them,” he concluded.
