Flash floods inundated more than 30 cities in north Philippines. Parma tropical storm's second approach and torrential rains caused landslides in the province of Benguet and mountain resort city Baguio, killing more than 90 local residents, AFP reports. Two third of the Pangasinan Province in northern Philippines was flooded. Over 30.000 people were evacuated from their homes, RFL RL informs.
