May 11, RA Criminal Court of Appeal will consider a claim lodged by the Lori region prosecutor’s office.

The Prosecutor’s Office lodged a claim with the Criminal Court of Appeal with a request to revise the judgment by the common law court allowing the claim lodged by the Helsinki Citizen’s Assembly, HCA Vanadzor office informed NEWS.am.

A policeman conducted a search in the apartment without a court decision. The Helsinki Citizen’s Assembly complained about excess of authority. However, the Prosecutor’s Office refused to take proceedings and thereafter HCA appealed to the Lori region prosecutor’s office with a legal action against the prosecutor’s office.
