Defense Minister of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) Movses Hakobyan objects to the deployment of foreign peace-keepers in the region.
“I think the Nagorno-Karabakh defense army is the best peace-keeper for the Karabakh people. He will not allow any foreign troops to be deployed in our territory,” Hakobyan said.
