Nagorno-Karabakh cannot be a part of Azerbaijan, RA Parliament Speaker Hovik Abrahamyan said during the meeting with Czech Premier Jan Fischer who arrived on a two-day visit to Armenia.

Abrahamyan stated that NKR status and security of Karabakhi people are the main issues for Yerevan. RA Speaker expressed gratitude to Czech Republic for unbiased and balanced position on Karabakh issue, noting that Armenian authorities stand for peaceful resolution of the problem in the frames of OSCE Minsk Group.

Jan Fischer also stressed that the conflict should be settled in the frames of OSCE Minsk Group, adding that Prague adopts balanced approach to Karabakh problem.
