The RA Parliament should adopt a bill recognizing Nagorno-Karabakh’s independence submitted by the Heritage parliamentary faction.

The executive branch should develop a program of resettling the NKR security zone, and official Yerevan should initiate the international recognition process of the Nagorno-Karabakh people’s right to sovereignty, said Zaruhi Postanjyan, MP of the Heritage parliamentary faction. “The international recognition of Nagorno-Karabakh, which was created in conformity with all the democratic norms, is a call of the times and has no alternative,” she noted.
