The settlement of the Karabakh conflict will facilitate the resolution of other the problems in the Caucasus, Nikolai Bordyuzha, Secretary General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), told a press conference in Moscow.
Bordyuzha hopes the previous progress in the Karabakh peace process will help to “loosen the knot of contradictions presently existing in the Caucasus.” He pointed out that the Armenian and Azerbaijani Presidents’ serious efforts to normalize the situation and prevent critical developments.
