The delegation of Ukraine flew to the talks with Russia, Mikhail Podolyak, adviser to the head of the office of the President of Ukraine, tweeted.
Earlier, the head of the Russian delegation, Vladimir Medinsky, said that the second round of Russian-Ukrainian talks should begin at about 3pm local time on the territory of the Brest region in Belarus.
