Asked who is Russia’s main competitor in building a new NPP, Sevak Sarukhanyan, “Noravank” research center told NEWS.am: “I consider that Russia’s chances to construct a new NPP in Armenia are quite high.”

Sarukhanyan expressed confidence that the construction of new NPP in Armenia cannot be implemented by the company of one country. The recent years’ experience proves that NPPs are constructed by joint efforts of several countries and Armenia is not an exception. According to the expert, other countries’ companies will be involved in the construction.
