Al-Qaeda claimed responsibility for suicide in Baghdad that killed at least 155 people, including over 20 children, breakingnews.ie website reports.
The blast struck Justice Ministry and the Baghdad Provincial Administration.
According to the website, the statement in the Internet reads that its “martyrs … targeted the dens of infidelity.”
