Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev is expected to attend the meeting of Turkey-Azerbaijan strategic cooperation council.
The council will take place in Turkey by November 15, Turkish envoy in Baku Hulusi Kilic told journalists on Thursday, Trend reports.
