Huge blast struck the city of Peshawar in Pakistan, killing over 20 people and injuring 50 others, Telegraph reports. There were women and children among the victims.

“The blast in Peshawar flattened rows of shops, and ignited a fire that engulfed the area, inside Peshawar's congested old city,” the daily reads.
The bomb went off couple of hours after the U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton arrived in Pakistan on a three-day visit.

Similar attacks have killed dozens of people this month, making October a month of terror in the country.
